The SmartPanel is all the padding you need under a treeless saddle. It performs the same function as regular saddle panels, or other treeless saddle pads, but with more customized fit and pressure distribution. The SmartPanel, includes a cork free area in the wither and spine free area as well, completing a protective gullet for the horse's back. This pad comes in 2 sizes and 3 thicknesses. Feel free to email us with saddle specs and back pictures if you would like assistance determining the proper sizing for your needs. The Large pad is roughly 22.5" long. The XL is roughly 24.5" long. The pad does not have to go the full length of the saddle as long as it covers the bearing surface.

The technology is accomplished by tiny granuals that move away from pressure and fill in any voids, something like a bean bag, but with controlled shape and limits to thickness.
